I have practiced different styles of yoga for over 20 years. What I love about the practice of yoga is that it is a great conduit for my writing and overall creativity. As such, I have developed workshops that help other writers ignite their creative spark through movement. A combination of writing instruction, writing prompts, and a guided yoga flow are the techniques employed in these creativity workshops.
I have over 500 hours of yoga teacher certification from CorePower Yoga encompassing Hot Power Fusion (a variation of Bikram), Power Yoga (a vinyasa style class), Sculpt Yoga (a HIIT workout using weights and yoga), and Restorative Yoga (yin yoga).
